I can't sign in to my account

If you cannot sign into your account or are showing as an unidentified customer we would first ask to check you are attempting to log in using the correct store.

If you scroll down to the bottom of the page please check the currency. If the currency is not showing your usual store you will need to change this, you should then be able to log in as normal.

If you are trying to shop using one of our other stores you will need to create a new account for this store.
