Do I need to sign for my delivery?

DHL, Royal Mail & Australian Post, generally advise that a signature is needed upon receiving your order.

With DHL’s On Demand Delivery service it is possible to leave instructions for your parcel to leave without a signature. You can advise DHL to leave the parcel with a neighbour, in a safe place or collect from one of their many collection points.

Royal Mail & Australian Post will usually take a signature, leave the item in a safe place or with a neighbour. The majority of these deliveries will have GPS, a recorded name or signature and proof of delivery image where possible.

COVID safe deliveries are also currently being adopted by some couriers, this will mean in some cases deliveries will not need a signature due to COVID safety fears.

We would recommend- where possible- signing for your order as customers are liable for any parcel left without a signature if done at their own request.
