Can points be used on sale items?
Due to our items being so heavily discounted our Loyalty points cannot be used as credit on sale orders. The points that you earn are used to calculate your membership level.
Good news though, you can still earn points on sale orders. These will automatically be added to your loyalty account after your 30 day returns window has closed. Please make sure you're logged into your account at all times for points to be accumulated.
