If I return my items, will my voucher/points also be refunded?
For all welcome offers and birthday vouchers: once your order has been refunded, the voucher will be automatically returned to you. You’ll receive an email with the refunded voucher code.
For points: if you return an order, any points earned from it will also be refunded to your balance once the return is processed.
For partial refunds (where you keep one or more items), the voucher/points will still apply to the items you kept.
Please note that one-time use vouchers, such as those for Valentine’s Day or Christmas promotions, cannot be refunded if items are returned.
