Customs, everything you need to know.

We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below is a summary of how customs and duties are handled for different regions:

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

All UK orders have customs and duties pre-paid, so you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

🇺🇸 United States

Customs and duties are now charged upfront on all US orders at checkout. This helps avoid delays and unexpected fees at the point of delivery. These will be calculated and collected during checkout.

🇨🇦 Canada

We now charge customs and duties upfront for all Canadian orders. Please note that duties are applicable on all orders over $30 CAD. These will be calculated and collected during checkout.

🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates

Customs and duties for UAE orders are now charged upfront at checkout to ensure a seamless delivery process. These will be calculated and collected during checkout.

🇦🇺 Australia

  • Orders shipped from within Australia (placed in AUD currency) will not incur customs or duties, and benefit from faster local delivery.
  • Orders shipped from our UK warehouse (in other currencies) may be subject to customs and duties on orders over $1,000 AUD.

🇪🇺 European Union

All EU orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. If your shipping address is in an EU member state, your order should arrive without any additional customs charges.Note: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland are part of the EU area but are not EU member states. Customs may still apply for these countries. Please check with your local customs office.

🌍 All Other Countries

For countries not listed above, customs and import duties may apply and are determined by local authorities. We do not currently charge these upfront, so fees may be due upon delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate these costs, and we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering.

Important Notes:

  • We do not refund customs duties or taxes once collected. If you return your item or believe you’ve been incorrectly charged, you may be able to reclaim the duties and taxes paid — but this must be done directly through your local customs authority. Unfortunately, as the seller, we do not have access to these funds and cannot process the refund ourselves.
    Each country has its own process for customs refunds, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for guidance on how to proceed.
  • If customs fees are unpaid and the parcel is returned to us (for the orders we didn't charge customs upfront), we reserve the right to deduct any associated costs from your refund.
  • Orders placed in USD or GBP are shipped from our UK warehouse.
  • Orders placed in EUR are shipped from our EU warehouse in the Netherlands.
  • Orders placed in AUD are shipped from our Australian warehouse for faster local delivery and no customs charges.
