If I get a refund to store credit can I change this?
If you do request for a refund to store credit and would like to change this we would kindly ask for you to contact us straight away for us to be able to change this for you.
If you use the store credit to place an order it is no longer able to be refunded back to your original payment method.
If you make a purchase with your store credit and return this order your refund will be returned to store credit. In most cases this will be refunded to the original giftcard. You can then use the original code for future orders.
