When will I receive my vouchers/points?
You will receive a welcome voucher on joining the program, and we’ll gift you a voucher for your birthday. You will receive other vouchers throughout the year depending on your level.
Your points will automatically be credited to your balance 37 days after your purchase date once our returns window has closed. Please note, points will not be accumulated on any items you choose not to keep.
