Can I cancel or amend my order during the sale?
You have a 20-minute window from the time you place your order to cancel it. You can easily find the cancellation button in your confirmation email.
We’re really sorry, but due to the high number of orders during our sale, we can’t make changes to an order once it’s placed. Cancellations are also not possible after the 20-minute window.
If you’d like to order more of the items you love, feel free to place a new order! Please note that we can’t apply sale prices to previous orders.
