Can I cancel or amend my order during the sale?
You have a 20 minute window from the time of ordering to cancel any order placed. This cancellation button can be found your confirmation email.
We're really sorry but due to the high volume of orders during our sale period we are unable to amend an order once placed. Cancellation of an order is also not possible past the 20 minute window.
If you would like to place another order for the pieces you love during the sale, as we are unable to match the sale price on orders.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and would like to kindly advise you are still able to return all items through our online returns portal.
