How is my level calculated?
Your level is based on your spend with us over the previous 12 months. The more you spend over the course of a year, the more points you accumulate and the closer you’ll move to unlocking the benefits and rewards of the next level. You’ll be able to check your level, and the expiry date of any credit, in your account page.
As a member, when your annual spend reaches the next threshold, you will automatically level up and unlock access to a host of new rewards and benefits.
Please note that returned items do not count towards your annual total spend, once returned the amount is deducted from your net spend.
